Much like the radio and television signals
the throbbing is everywhere - yet still an invisible force. She resolves to ignore it, to get on with life - Impossible. As with the weather, each morning the pulsing varies. It scatters her life like a hard wind does dust. So she gathers it inside herself much like rays of sunlight on the back of the neck through a glass window. It slows, regulates, then acquiesces. She now controls its beat - temporarily. |
